Return an order

We've got you covered with our 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with a product, simply shoot us an email at info@dazzledthebrand.com. If your return request is approved, we'll provide you with the return address via email.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it.  We value your satisfaction and want to make sure you have the best experience with us. Reach out to us, and we'll take care of the rest!

Return shipping costs are at your expense. If you receive the product in a damaged condition, please contact us within 5 days. Similarly, if you've received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours after receiving the package. Once the returned product is received in good condition, following the guidelines provided, we will process the refund as soon as possible and the amount will be credited back to your account.
